Age Requirement
By purchasing from our website, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient of any shipment is also at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.
All Sales Are Final
Because wine is a perishable and consumable product, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or if the wine does not meet your individual taste expectations.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Chateau Carrión Family is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient not being available
- Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control
- Packages returned due to age-verification failure
If a shipment is returned to us due to any of the reasons above, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Quality Concerns
Wine is sensitive to heat, cold, storage conditions, and handling. Chateau Carrión Family is not responsible for wine that has been damaged due to improper storage after delivery. Corked wine, oxidation, or natural variations in taste are not considered defects eligible for refunds.
Return Policy
For safety, legal, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returned bottles, whether opened or unopened, unless specifically requested by Chateau Carrión Family as part of a damage claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is packed, shipped, or in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Heat and Weather Conditions
Extreme heat or cold during transit may negatively affect wine quality. Customers assume responsibility for weather-related risks once the carrier picks up the shipment. Chateau Carrión Family may offer optional weather-hold services, but availability is not guaranteed.
Legal Compliance
Wine shipping laws vary by state. By purchasing, you confirm that it is legal to receive wine shipments at your address. Chateau Carrión Family is not responsible for orders rejected due to state restrictions.
